Playing in the snow
With all this snow that we have been having and grumbling about, we decided that maybe we should get a bit of enjoyment out of it. This afternoon we got the kids all bundled up and we headed outside to play in the snow. It was a blast!
The first thing Sydney wanted to do was make a snow angel. We weren't fast enough to get a picture of her making the snow angel, but here is a picture of her first Snow Angel.
Riker wasn't as thrilled about getting out in the snow, but he LOVED using the snow shovel he got for Christmas on the back porch.
After playing up by the house for a bit we decided to try and trek back to the ravine area behind our fence to see if we could do a little sledding. After Dad went down the hill three times to pack down the snow (getting MUCH snow down his pants) it was ready for the kids. Riker thought it was pretty cool and Sydney loved it!
Eventually she actually went down without help. She LOVED it, and was so proud.
Daddy really got into playing outside.
Got a nice pic with Mommy in the snow.
Right before we came in the house we tried to get a picture of the kids and dad. We only took one picture and thought it wasn't going to be that great because Riker was looking straight down as mom took the picture, but at the last second he looked up at the camera. We were THRILLED (and soaked - mommy and daddy need snowpants!).

Personally, playing in snow isn't fun for me, but the kids sure look like they enjoyed it immensely!!! And knowing Danny, he probably enjoyed it the most. Love to all.

It is nice to "watch" the snow fun without having to have snow outside our door. Even though it is cold in Fla, we aren't shoveling! Kids (including Danny) look like they are having fun. love, Linda
Everyone knows Danny soo well!
Love You All!
