Sigma Beta Winter 2009

We attended another Sigma Beta get-together over New Years weekend. We had a great time. We did not have as many couples in attendance as there were last year, but it was still a really good time for the grown-ups and kids alike. The only thing that would have made Sydney's weekend better is if her buddy GUS, would have been there, but since his Mommy and Daddy were due to have another baby this week, they decided they couldn't drive the many hours, not knowing how soon the baby would come. And another couple that couldn't attend had just had a baby -- boy is our group growing!

I will not bore you with all the details, but it was a great weekend! Here is a list of some of the things that happened.
- Many games of Wii (Sport and Mario Cart).
- Chick flick movie on the theater that was setup by a Tannerman
- Frisbee Golf, where we had one disc split in 2 when it hit a tree!
- Kids making many fun noises while playing, and a couple not so fun noises -- but overall -- fairly happy :-)
- Many very wonderful meals.
- Some board games
- A couple wipeouts/breakthroughs on the ice (all "grown-ups")
- GREAT fellowship time.

Here is a picture of all the kids in attendance this year, and don't worry, there were people hiding behind the kids, so no one was endanger of falling.
